You are viewing a spectacular 1966 Corvette that was not satisfied with the older suspension and power train. This car started out with a new Paul Newman Chassis to enhance its performance and to accept modern day suspension pieces. Bolting on the new chassis is a complete C-4 suspension from a modern day corvette. This will increase the cars ability to handle like a new corvette and take on any curve the roads can throw at it. Keeping with this theme, the old engine was replaced with a modern fuel injection LT-1 350 Chevy small block to give you the performance but also the fuel efficiency. Shifting the power to the ground is a 6-speed transmission to allow for unlimited highway cruising. The body was then covered in 50th Anniversary Red Metallic Paint to follow the modern lead of the chassis and power plant. The wheels are chrome plated 5 spoke wheels from a C-4 Corvette as well. The interior did not get left out of the upgrades; it received a custom leather interior, AM/FM/CD player, and air conditioning. As you can see, this 1966 Corvette has all the creature and performance comforts of today wrapped around the classic design of yesterday. You cannot afford to pass this one up!
